Valley River Inn is just 10 minutes’ drive and right along the magnificent McKenzie River. The Graduate is right in the center of Eugene and just 7 blocks away as well. Meeting Space Our meeting space is highly flexible; located on the four corners of our Main Convention Center building, these spaces can be rented alone or in conjunction with our larger halls. Meeting Room can be used in full or divided into two smaller rooms that can each still accommodate more than 100 guest theatre style; Meeting Room 2 is perfect for a small board meeting, Meeting Room 3 can be used in full or divided into two small rooms, Meeting Room 4 is our most flexible with two dividers making it useable as 1, 2 or 3 different rooms! Catering & Dining Our Catering & Dining is highly flexible. We recognize that one size does not fit all and provide a preferred provider list for our clients to choose from. If there isn’t a match on the list, we will work with you to find a caterer that can meet your needs. Special Services & Amenities WIFI is included with all rentals at no cost. Free parking is available for over 2,400 vehicles. Each event is assigned an Event Coordinator to assist with all facility needs. Our operations staff is on site during your set up, event and move out to assist with facility needs and provide clean up and trash management throughout each day. This outdoor playground features activities ranging from the coast to the mountains as well as rivers and lakes of all kinds. Nestled in the rolling hills that surround Eugene are a wide variety of wineries that complement the huge number of microbrewers and distillers that call this area home. Airport & Transportation Eugene is accessible via the Eugene Airport providing routes all over the country and connections to all over the world! For those who prefer to drive, the I-5 corridor passes right through Lane County with easy access directly to our facility.
