We opened His & Her Rocks Gallery in January of 2023 in beautiful downtown Los Altos where we were graciously welcomed. Our motto is “We can do better” so we decided to open another gallery, His & Her Art Gallery, in Los Altos where we could offer high-end bronze sculptures and unique art. We celebrated our grand opening this past December and look forward to meeting the Peninsula community. What do your find most satisfying about your work? When Debra and I open our galleries each morning, we turn on our music and meet nice people all day! Of course, having something that is beautiful and brings joy is important but so is sincerity, compassion and a love of what we do. What motivates you in your life? I feel so grateful to have risen from periods of abject poverty to now enjoying the spirit of the Peninsula. As we struggled financially at times we continued to grow and remind ourselves that our faith is stronger than our fear. What puts a smile on your face? We meet so many interesting people every day and we treat them as our friends not knowing who they are or their socioeconomic status. What was your highest acomplishment in 2023?
