Additionally, you may contact MCC for assistance with converting network pharmacy prescriptions DENTAL EMERGENCIES If being prescribed a new medication, you and your health care provider should look up the drug with Express Scripts’ TRICARE Formulary Search Tool. Just go to Express-Scripts.com/tform to start a search from your computer or smart phone. If taking Maintenance Drugs regularly for a chronic condition like high cholesterol or high blood pressure, look for your prescription at Health.mil/MaintenanceDrugs to see if it is listed on the “Maintenance Drug List.” Also call Express Scripts at (877) 363-1303. If your prescription is listed, fill it up to two times at a network pharmacy. After that, switch to home delivery or to a military pharmacy.
