The Pearl Harbor National Memorial, a National Park Service site since 1980, is TICKET TIPS Pearl Harbor National Memorial is free to visit, although a $1 service charge is collected by recreation.gov to reserve tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial and the Ford Island Bus Tour. All visitors to the USS Arizona Memorial and Ford Island, regardless of age, must have a timed ticket. RESERVATIONS: Visit recreation.gov to make reservations for the USS Arizona Memorial program and the Ford Island bus tour. A printed or digital copy of the reservation ticket will be scanned at checkin along with an ID, and it is recommended to arrive one hour before the scheduled ticket time. Reservations and tickets are not required to enter the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, Pearl Harbor National Memorial, walk the grounds, or visit the museums. The Pacific Fleet Submarine Museum, Battleship Missouri, and Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum are non-profit entities that charge admission fees and have separate ticketing. PEARL HARBOR TOURING TIPS Reserve your free tickets to the USS Arizona, USS Oklahoma and USS Utah Memorials at maximum 8-weeks in advance at recreation.gov Purses, backpacks, camera bags, diaper bags and any other concealed container are prohibited on the USS Arizona Memorial. If you need something, put it in a clear plastic bag. A storage facility is available in the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center for a fee. Parking is available at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center for a fee. No restrooms are available on the USS Arizona Memorial.
