Thirteen libraries linked to serve you Did you know that Libraries in Clackamas County (LINCC) is a network of 11 city libraries and two county-operated ones, Gladstone and Oak Lodge? County residents are free to use any of the libraries. They all share a single catalog, so you can borrow books and have them delivered to your neighborhood library for easy pick up. The libraries host fun, free events for adults, children and teens, including storytimes, game nights, book clubs, crafts, music and dance performances, genealogy events and basic computer classes.
